To complete the MyDQ Experience process, you need to use two separate platforms: the DQ® App for account access, rewards, and order management, and the MyDQExperience survey portal for submitting feedback and claiming survey rewards.
Phase 1: Log In to the DQ® App
The DQ® App is used for managing your account, rewards, and personal details. The survey itself is not completed inside the app.
Step 1: Download and open the app
Install and launch the official DQ® App on your Android or iPhone device.
Step 2: Tap “Sign In”
On the home screen, select the Sign In option.

Complete the full customer satisfaction questionnaire honestly. Make sure you do not skip required sections.
Step 5: Get the validation code
After submitting the survey, you will receive a validation code on the screen.
Step 6: Write the code on your receipt
Write that validation code in the space provided on your original Dairy Queen receipt.
Step 7: Redeem your reward

Phase 3: Manually Add DQ Rewards Points
If you forgot to scan your app during your visit, you may still be able to add your points manually.
Step 1: Open the DQ® App
Launch the app and tap the Scan icon.
Step 2: Select manual entry
Choose Enter Barcode Manually at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Enter receipt barcode details
Type the loyalty summary number or barcode information from your receipt.
Step 4: Update your rewards balance
Submit the details so your eligible points can be added to your account.
